There's four sources you could try. If you don't care about taste or health, you can go to the cafeteria. It's pre-cooked... albeit badly. You just have to go to the south of the building for that. It's labelled.
Also on the south, there's a lounge which has vending machines, if you don't care what crap you're putting in your body but don't want to deal with that bitch who runs the cafeteria.
Alternatively, there's supplies for cooking in the home economics room, in the western wing... and finally, the dormitories tend to come with food already stuffed into the refrigerator. Food restocks periodically, so don't worry too much about running out. Unless you're eating for an army, you're not going to run short!
