"Oh fine." Be an idiot then. The wolf makes no move to attack either him or the monster, simply growling louder at the boy and baring it's teeth as it passes. Once it reaches Wren, it settles down on it's haunches like a chalky bodyguard.
"When I can make a door out of this place, I'll be sure not to bother you with it." She totally means that. Right now, anyway. Wren's not the kind of person to just leave other people trapped. She scoops her broken chalk off the floor and gives the wolf a pat on the head before turning to head back the way she was brought, her drawing trotting after.
