[Oopsie daisie, Charles! Someone totally spotted you, but he doesn't seem too concerned. He's just... grinning.
Similarly covered in blood, the remains of what had once been a human hand were clenched between his own, long-nailed hands. Only a thumb and pointed finger were left, just barely connected.
The other strange man, rubbing the still-wet blood from his face, stood from his seated position with an unstable chortle. The squishy flesh of his snack simply rolled down his jacket, splattering against his skirt, and fell to the floor with a wet smack as he made his way towards the suited fellow.
He brandished a knife out of what seemed like no where, swinging it wildly and chuckling arrhythmically. He stopped with it underneath the man's chin, leaning into his personal bubble with a piercing golden gaze. His breath reeked of rot and marijuana smoke.]
What the hell do you think you are? [His voice was a low growl - a threat. There was only room for two homicidal maniacs in his mind, and this guy wasn't one of them... At least not yet.]
