I don't think they're stupid, if they're actually worrying you.

Nightmares can be awful, and if they're from what you've experienced, I can't even imagine how bad they get. I'm sorry... I wish I could help somehow.
But even if I am "Light," I have no idea how to extend that to minds. Or if it'd even help you.
