[Nearby, Malik smirks at the news, his face mostly concealed beneath hood of his purple cloak.]
Good. You take Eleanor, and I'll get Harriet then. You know what to do from there.

[Bakura leers in the direction of his target, smirking.] Understood. It should be easy.

[The Egyptian, in return, turns towards his own target and lets out a small laugh.] Hehe...I'll meet you back at the cave then. We'll lure in Henry and Rosenkreuz once we've got the girls.

[It's not actual irritation, more teasing, but Eleanor does seem a bit grumpy about it.]

[He shakes his head, smiling a little wider.]

[...For now, Eleanor's feeling a sudden sense of unease from her deck, placing her hand on it.]

[The Ring's glow signals its appearance as he focuses it on her.]

It's time to take a little nap, my friend.

[Eleanor is surprised by the sudden change in voice, but before she can puzzle it out, there's a heavy fog over her mind, forcing her off into a magical slumber.

But while she may be asleep, she is the only one nearby. Bakura can likely easily hear the roars and snarls of her monsters, raging at the current state of their mistress and making it clear what they intend to do to him, given the chance.]

[Oh, he could hear them. Their rage was something he would have cowered from, once. Now, however, there was no fear. There was only wariness. Making sure not to directly touch them, he crouched down and fumbled for the connection of her deck-holder, taking it off of her.]

You're noisy. Do you want to be tossed into the ocean? Be good and stay quiet.

[He picks her up, slinging her over one shoulder and carrying her into the cave.]

[The monsters quiet, but clearly under protest. Their growls can't be entirely silenced, unfortunately, especially with the impending danger they sense their mistress is in.]

That's better. You'll get your chance if your friends play their cards right... so to speak.

But don't count on it... heheh... hahahaha... HAHAHAHAHAHA!

[Now the question was, were the cards he'd taken the ones he needed, or not? He was just going to have to check her over once he has her set up inside the cave. Now where the hell was Malik? He should have had an easier time of it.]

Malik walks through the entrance of the cave mere moments later, his hood down and a satisfied look gracing his tan features.]

Heh. I see you pulled through on your half of the plan, Bakura. Likewise, I've taken care of Harriet and her Rose Cards.

Heh. Just in time. I've taken her normal cards; I was just about to find out where she keeps the Rose cards. Should I wake her now, or did you want to wait a little longer?

No use in stalling. Harriet is on the field waiting, and the sooner we get the Pharaoh to join her, the better. We also have yet to take care of Rosenkreuz.

[Malik pulls his hood back up, concealing his face and drawing his Rod out from within his robe.]

Go ahead and wake her. I'll do this the easy way.

[Drawing the sword out of its sheath, he held it in his hand, admiring the balance to it. What a nice sword it was. Well-made... and very sharp. The Ring shines as its power releases her, restoring her to consciousness. It would have worn off on its own before long, but this makes it easier.]

Good morning, Eleanor...

[redrosechose]

[It takes a moment for Eleanor to manage to reply.]

Uh...?

[...And then she sees BAKURA with her sword. Her hand drops to her waist, hitting... nothing. Nothing at all.]

...well, bugger.

... [Malik says nothing, simply pointing the Rod at Eleanor and enforcing his suffocating will onto her.

Hand me the Rose Cards.]

[The presence is not what Eleanor expects, and it nearly knocks her off her feet. But the command is one that immediately makes her hackles rise.

Those cards are important. Not just for the summoning. She can't. Won't.]

Tch... [Stubborn girl! Malik increases the mental pressure, repeating his desires into her subconscious.

Do as he tells you, and hand over the Rose Cards!]

[Eleanor still valiantly tries to struggle, but she was not trained to resist mental influences. It was only the fear of giving him that power that kept it, but Malik's pressure is too much for her to fight off.

She reaches into her cleavage, withdrawing a small stack of eight cards from her bra and holding them out to Malik.]

... [Did she just pull that out from between her...? She did.]

...Bakura, take the cards. [He's not touching them. He'll get cooties. Besides, they had already agreed to split the Rose Cards between the two of them.]
