[EFFECT ROOM] Dresses for the Dressing Room!
[Welcome to Lapin Angelique! Everyone who enters this room will suddenly find themselves wearing a Gothic Lolita Dress. They may also have other gothic accessories such as tiny little hats, frilly parasols, vampire capes, or spooky plushies.
Bizarre things will happen if you try to take off the clothes. Maybe it will just be downright impossible, they're stuck to your body. Maybe you'll start to FEEL GOTH and the BLACKNESS OF YOUR HEART compels you to put the clothes back on. Maybe you start taking off the clothes, only to find that doing so causes you to slowly morph into a bunny until you put them back on (or until you're a bunny. But was that REALLY worth it?) It's all up to fate!
Either way, these dresses are probably staying on, at least until the effect wears off. Which could be anything from a couple hours to the rest of the day.]

Jeez, even I put my pants back on.

I can't comment on the looks. Dumb muscle isn't my type. But maybe you should just make a "no trousers no service" sign and hang it on your door or something.

Where'd you move to?

I might start doing that... wear clothes if you want food!

I don't feel right about that at all.

[It couldn't be... Yugi? He was planning on using her against Yugi? But that put her at risk of the other Yugi...]
Tch! What an asshole! Robbing a little kid is the lowest of the low...
no subject
[...She knew the kid he was talking about. That golden puzzle... was it like the Ring, if what the other Bakura had said was true? Was there something...?
...No. No, don't think about that. Don't...]

If that guy's after one of the seven keys, that can only mean trouble.
no subject
[Trouble... she bites her lip, exhaling. This is going to bother her forever unless she gets it hammered out...]
Hey, Bakura-kun. The Ring... is your spirit inside of it?
no subject
[He knows who. That guy... what has he been telling her? Lifting his hands in an idle shrug, he shakes his head, a truly confused look on his face. My, my, the tangled webs we weave.]
It's said that there is a spirit inside this thing, but I've never met him. I can feel his presence within it, but he's never woken up once. I guess he's waiting for something.
no subject
[Was he lying again? She couldn't blame him if he was. After she's already complained about him, and the kind of person he is...]
Bakura-kun... I'm not going to think any different of you if that's true. It doesn't matter if it is -- you're still the Bakura-kun I made that promise with, the one I want to be friends with for as long as I can. You're still you! And it won't change how I treat him or feel about him, either.
But... I want to know if it is true. Because if I don't, it's going to drive me crazy.
no subject
Truthfully, I don't know.
[He sinks down to sit on the ground against the wall, sighing. His head rests back against it as he looks up at her, meeting her eyes with his own warm brown ones.]
I don't remember anything from before that time. I don't know who I am or how I died, or how old I am. I don't even remember my own face. I've been looking for so long for some clue to my past... And all I know is that these seven Items and Kul Elna will show me the answer, and give me the chance to rest. The only guy who knows who I am is another spirit, named Shadi, and he won't tell me jack shit.
That thief guy says we're the same, and maybe we are, but I don't have a clue either way. Hell, 'Bakura' isn't even my name. It's Ryou's surname. Most people just call me by it anyway, so I just went along with it.
If I'm him... then I apologize on his behalf. I was an asshole.

[She goes over to sit next to him, trying to settle in a way that the dress doesn't fluff up too much. She hasn't checked if she's wearing lacy panties to match, but she doesn't want to flash Bakura if that's the case.]
Well, his name is Bakura too, so that's probably your name. Coincidence, huh?
[...She's not helping, is she. Sigh. She leans forward on her arms a little.]
It's all right, Bakura-kun. You're still you, and someone better than he is! So you don't have anything to be sorry for.
