Who likes random dream jesters?
[For those who happen to be near the forest today, they're hearing a pretty little melody played on what sounds like a simple flute of some sort. If nothing else, it definitely has a very dream-like quality to it, and those who listen too long or too deeply may find themselves falling asleep.
For those who follow it to the source, they'll find the musician isn't too hard to find, though it might not be what they're expecting. The one playing the (invisible) flute is a jester creature of some sort, floating at least a foot off the ground with one leg crossed over the other and apparently sitting on nothing but air. The actual gender of the creature is nearly impossible to tell by looking over him/her/it, as if nature itself tried to make whoever it is as ambiguous as possible.
Whoever he is, he doesn't seem to notice you, only playing away for the little birds and other animals who've come to listen.]
((In terms of gender, use whatever pronouns you like! While I default to male, whatever gender you/your character assumes is the gender I'll be using the pronouns for, so don't be shy! As a note, this is also post-event now that it's over, seeing as NiGHTS does have a habit of playing, so doing it for a couple days isn't odd.))

At the suggestion, he nods. For all his many faults, he's no coward. He doesn't even hesitate. Laughing, he dives right into it, feeling the thrill of it and forgetting his annoyances. There's no room for anything else. This is amazing!]

Not bad! You're getting the hang of it quickly.

[If he were less of a dignified spirit of pure evil he would be going WHEEEEEE.]

[If only Octopaw were here. He'd like to see how Bakura does on making Links! But there's no rings in this place, or even chips. Just empty space.]
This world seems very boring. It's dreary and there's not much here.

Is it any surprise that people love to sleep so much? Heheheh...

[NiGHTS is teasing a little, of course; even if this is boring, that is how their world is. After all, his seems amazing to the few Visitors he's talked to.]
But it wouldn't be that hard to make a little better. A few rings and obstacles to fly through and it would be that much more fun!

Why don't you try?

[Rings, huh...]

[Really, he's not sure. This isn't the Night Dimension, after all, and while he can fly through rings and activate them, he's never tried to create them before.]
no subject
[Closing his eyes, he does just that. Hm... rings big enough to fly through... The type of rings he can imagine are pretty wicked-looking things, twisted and gnarled. But is that really all it takes? He doubts it, somehow.]
no subject
...Not like that, silly! Those are useful for obstacles, but they won't help us much beyond that!

[He thinks of something from one of Judai's games - Nimble the Squirrel, about a super-fast sugar-high-esque squirrel. Quite a fitting game, really, for him to have.]
no subject
That'll do! Now, imagine a bunch of them around this place.
no subject
[Without thinking, he responded more like his host than himself, surprised that that had worked. Okay then. Rings everywhere!]

Heh... That makes sense. A lot of books seem to work off dream logic.
