[Being from Ancient Egypt and all that, seeing the dark, neon-lite laser tag room is enough to make him stumble back in awe. On the wall are vests with a sensor above the heart, as well as a set of guns.

Just beside that is a set of rules that Bakura sure as hell can't read:

EACH PLAYER TAKES ONE VEST AND ITS CORRESPONDING GUN.
DO NOT COVER UP THE SENSOR ON THE VEST.
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE GAME IS TO HIT THE TARGET ON OTHER PLAYERS' VESTS.
WHEN YOU ARE HIT, YOUR GUN WILL TURN OFF.
THE LAST PLAYER STANDING WINS!

Needless to say, he just takes a gun and decides to explore the room.]

((ooc: decided to intro one of the new rooms that I added last week (I'll also add these specifics to the setting page). Anyway, play laser tag with each other, tag around, and have fun! Feel free to handwave your character re-entering the game if you want to keep playing after they've already lost once.

Also, feel free to be a big fat cheater and not play by the rules, if that's how your character rolls! That's the fun of RP, isn't it?))

[Oh look at that everyone, it's an extremely easy target. That's what you get for wearing a white tunic all the time.

However, Saft's a little worried about this either way. She already had one very odd experience with guns in the Campus. She hasn't realized that laser guns are actually quite harmless so she won't be trying to shoot anyone - not just yet anyway.]

[Bakura slinks over the nearest wall and sits down, his legs hanging over the edge as he swings them idly.]

[He's pretty shocked she made the connection so quickly, even that he's silent for a moment as it processes. Usually people didn't see the resemblance unless they were side-by-side, but then again it was dark in here. Maybe the different in complexion and body-type wasn't as noticeable.

Not everybody had eyes as adapted to the darkness as the thief king.]

...I guess this place really wants us all to kill each other after all. [He grins darkly, lifting his hand to point his gun at her.] Maybe the last one standing gets to go home!

[And then he pulls it back, shrugging casually and placing it back into his lap.] But that wouldn't be any fun. I'm not giving into that bitch's demands!

[No one's actually told her these guns are pretty harmless yet so when he points the gun at her she tenses up. Was he actually going to take her life? Just like that?]

Would she really be that messed up enough to get us all to do something like that?

Wouldn't she is the real question. It's not a hard concept to grasp, girl! [As he goes on, his irritation and anger becomes more and more evident.] She's somewhere, comfortably sitting on her butt all day and mocking us while we're all trapped down here like rats.

[As the Thief King talks, it's becoming more and more clearer that this isn't the Bakura that she knows. Yes he was threatening, but the Bakura she had already grown accustomed with didn't seem this blood-thirsty He seemed like more of an annoyance than anything. This Bakura just seemed a little more unhinged.]

That's if you can tear her to pieces...

She managed to drag us here, I'm pretty sure that probably isn't the only trick up her sleeve if any one of us even tried to take her on face to face.

[An extremely easy target for a man who's wearing Malik's dark-purple robes, hood and all. Nearly invisible in the odd lighting here, Bakura simply watches her movements, waits for her to come within range and makes his move. Stepping out into sight, he lifts the gun and points it right at her. His finger tenses on the trigger, aiming and firing.
