[Where the hell is he going? If he gets his fingers misaligned by trying to fix it himself, Bakura will laugh. But he doesn't really care. What does matter is the fact that he's at the nurse's office, and despite her irritating nature, he's fine with letting her deal with his hand.
Not so fine with the actual process, however. Even his pain tolerance can only go so far, and the process of having his fingers re-set into place and carefully splinted is enough to make him push past that limit. He refuses the offer of painkillers, however. He's not going to stay here, no matter how much she fusses, until he's 'well enough to make it back to the dorm'. He needs to be as little dizzy as possible.
It's really not that easy a task; by the end, his mind is reeling considerably. In the process, he sinks his teeth into his lip hard enough to draw blood, in an attempt to stifle the urge to scream. Where most people might have been bothered by that part, he finds it comforting. The taste soothes his rage and keeps him from trying to throttle her each time she moves on to the next finger. Once she's done, he finds an excuse for her to be distracted and then buries his face in his arms for a moment, exhausted.
He needs to rest for a while. Just a little while. Being 'alive' is tiring... Ryou can handle the rest for now.
And so it was that the spirit simply returned to the stillness and silence of the Ring, coiled up in the darkness, and left his wayward host to deal with the consequences of the spirit's own actions.
