[The speakers around the school hum to life, but it seems the woman who usually speaks over it isn't meaning to be heard just yet. It's a bit hard to hear what she's mumbling.]
I always forget February is the short month. I should have done this yesterday! Or should I do it on the second...? 28, 29, 30--that would be the 2nd. Tsk, but then I'd have to do every other announcement on the 2nd to make up for it. Maybe I should just leave them to fret for this month.
