001- Welcome to Hotel California~!

[Well now this wasn't her motel room was it? A clean bed in a clinic wasn't as nice as a cushy motel double bed, especially since her most favourite person in the world was apparently absent... Awww why couldn't they kidnap him as well?]

Dammit all, ugh.

[Reluctantly she rolls out of bed and shuffles through the cupboard, pulling out her deck coat and her boots. Once she was ready she steps out of the clinic with a bounce in her step, this place was was surprisingly vacant for a NESTS building- Or maybe this wasn't NESTS at all and someone else decided to track her and K9999 down.

Angel sharply turns the corner only to crash into someone, putting her hands up in mock surrender and a laugh.]

Whoa there, don't ya know this place is big enough for the two of us?
vaudevil: (Ick. I didn't think of that.)

There have been studies of other planets like Earth and I have to admit, I hadn't looked outside the window to inspect the trees. Have you?

[The architecture certainly looks man-made, but hey, he's over-thinking. Lee does that from time to time.]

The possibility of us being in a nexus that resembles our respective homes could also mean a string dimension between a thin veil of reality. How acutely strange that it resembles a university than an airport terminal or train station.

Then again, no one has actually seen a nexus or mirror dimension in order to speak against it otherwise.
vaudevil: (How did this...?)

I don't...think so. Otherwise, if we're here for another person's experiment, wouldn't they have dropped a sign about now? Especially when we first wake up?
vaudevil: (One moment please.)

Well, there is merit to your theory, so the kidnapping isn't entirely ruled out. However, I'm interested in finding out what brought us here rather than the who. I'll leave that to the people that want to waste their time and energy against an unseen enemy.

[His voice is soft but firm.]

The why, well, my theory is simple. Boredom.
vaudevil: (I don't like the sound of it.)

Snooping around usually does the trick. It's a matter of principle in this case.

[He sighs, resting his arms on his chest, he thinks for a few breaths.]

If anyone dares keep me prisoner, they will regret their mistakes.
vaudevil: (Hm?)

[He's laughing now. His ability to think through things isn't the only thing he's better at than some, he's just finally glad to make a little bit of a scene when he wants to.]

Hardly. I'm just smarter than the average bear. I don't have to beat anyone physically if I don't want to.
vaudevil: (Share with the class)

Oh, don't think I can't fight, my dear.

[Lee liked playing the card that he wasn't able to defend himself only to surprise his opponents later.]

I'll just say that I enjoy the game.
vaudevil: (Hm?)

I could. I don't see why not.

[He won't teach her everything though. There are some moves that he values as his own signature moves that he teaches no one else.]

Given that I hadn't seen many people about this place other than us at this point, I doubt you'll come across any creepers.
