[The person who stumbles out of the nurse's office now is one that would be hard to mistake, and one that some people might recognize.

Karasu feels... strange. Disorientated. If Lisa is to be believed, then she's lost close to... two weeks' time. But it wasn't like the others, where they seemed to just come back after being sent home for however long. She never went anywhere. It's like she's been in a coma for all that time, except that Lisa even confirmed she wasn't there with her.

So what the hell happened?

Unfortunately, despite Lisa's best attempts, Karasu's somewhat distracted state has left her leaving without something very important. Namely, her shirt, meaning that everyone she stumbles past is getting an interesting view.

Or everyone she stumbles into.]

I was using it to heal Bakura before... maybe I just didn't realize it. Could you tell if I tried?

[Yeah, he'd kind of noticed someone recovered from being flung into a wall ridiculously fast, there. He brushes the mild irritation away (He'd gotten himself into that whole mess, and should be glad he didn't severely hurt him, Creeper or not) and leans back against the couch.]

Yeah. Your Light feels different from my Keyblades, you know. Similar, but not exact. It's the same with Bakura's Darkness, I can tell when he's around. So knowing what this spell is like and how you feel...I should be able to.

All right. Let's see, then!

[Karasu cups both of her hands around one of his, closing her eyes and concentrating. She draws out that familiar light inside of her, fueling the spell with that as she tries to cast it on Kai, wounds or not.

It's not a huge amount of energy, but it's significant, at least.]

[Kai just needs a second to shift his attention from the act of her holding his hand to the why. It's pretty easy after that to just focus on what she's doing, because wow.

He definitely feels the difference there. It's a lot warmer than usual, and bright, and makes him want to start smiling-

Focus, damn it.]

That's- ha. If I needed fixing, that'd do it. It sure feels boosted to me.

Then maybe I already know it! I just need the name.

[She laughs a little, taking her hand back and playing with her hair.]

Congratulations, I think you can do Cura without hardly trying! Lucky girl.

[He grins, reaching for a brownie. He doesn't take a bite yet though, just looking it over.]

I'll let you know when I get to Curaga. That'll be the last one. Geeze, I've got so many more spells to learn...'Jem's going to be shocked when she sees me again someday. I only had the two when I got here. Actually, she might be more shocked that I put the effort in when nothing was threatening me.

[Ha, like that's true. Kai snickers before biting down on the brownie.]

[Karasu snags one herself, smiling a bit.]

I'd appreciate that. If I can do that much, I'll feel a lot more useful.

[Whoops, no talking with his mouth full. Kai makes a face as he forces the bit down before it's chewed fully, thumping himself on the chest for a second. There.]

You're pretty useful as it is! But this is good stuff to know in any case. I should've learned it earlier myself.

[And then he could've avoided having to see Lisa at all when he got shanked. Oh well. He points over at the sword suddenly.]

Just don't hit me or Ryou so hard that we'll need it.

[He's only joking, really.]

I don't know... most of the stuff I can do can't be done inside. Or with anything that requires anything besides completely destruction.

Sometimes complete destruction's necessary.

[Oh Light, he sounds creepy there, doesn't he. Kai shakes his head, putting the remainder of the brownie back on the plate.]
