[Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, you will hear the loud screeching of a microphone through the speakers before it dies down. Not long after, a familiar husky voice blares through said speakers.

Although her tone is somewhat pleasant, she manages to keep her authoritative tone as well.]

Good afternoon. [There's a brief pause.] You've all been quite busy, haven't you? It's, hm...interesting to watch, to say the least. But do keep the property damage to a minimum, will you? It's awfully rude to smash people's property on arrival, don't you think?

[Despite that warning, she manages a soft (if a bit ominous) chuckle.]

That being said, I hope you're all well rested. A good rest means a good grade, after all~.

[There's another burst of feedback before the announcement comes to an end.]

[Roy brushes off the help and stands on his own--

--only to fall back ungracefully on to the chair he had been sitting on.]

[Roy's a little less on edge seeing as the man isn't taking on a threatening stance, or hasn't reached for some hidden weapon yet, but when he introduces himself his face pales almost instantly. Try as he might to hide it, he's on edge all over again.

He remembers Boone telling him about the Legion. A brief description, but enough of one for Roy to know that he'd never want to run into them ever. They sounded worse than raiders. He tries his best to play it off that he doesn't have a clue.]

...No. I mean, I just got outta the vault not too long ago, so...

[He trails off, hoping his point would be made and the guy would buy it. He's convincing enough now, but he can't take back that look of surprise when the man introduced himself.]

[He's not entirely sure how to take that. Still, he'll be sympathetic even if he's off the mark.]

Do you need a healer or a painkiller?

[intercom_voice]

It's pointless because I won't let you leave. I'm not finished with you all yet.

[She will answer whichever questions she wants!]

Now you're just being rude. Perhaps I was too generous to open the channels of communication like this. [She scoffs lightly.] You try to be reasonable with some people...

[Andrew turns back towards the edge of the roof and sits down.]

It doesn't really matter anyway.

[He totally doesn't care what other people think of him anyway!]

[Roy shoots Yuj an annoyed look.]

No. It ain't like I'm dyin' or anythin', shit.

[He sighs heavily, though that's mostly a release because his balls are still hurting.]

[His arm lowered automatically back to his side when his hand was brushed away, ruffled cuffs straightened as he adjusted his jacket. He was paying careful attention to Leo's words, noting how the sensitivities worked with the function of the cybernetic part as he was walked through the process.]

Mm...[He's sure that the way that the design functioned was completely advanced and he wouldn't have been able to make much sense of the blue prints, but the sensory mechanism had to be off the charts in how meticulous it was. How interesting then that if he needed to the sensory unit could be disabled. It was a little beyond him to take in all at once but the explanation helped quite a lot.]

So would you say your range of motion is as capable as a human's, or even moreso with the enhancements?

[ Just as easily as the positron blade extended from his arm, it's retracted. All of the pieces form back together and his arm is back to its default state. ]

I'm a practitioner of the Cybrid Arts. Paired with top of the line tech, even people with enhancements have trouble keeping up.

[ Which is to say that exceeds a normal human's output, motion or otherwise. He can jump higher than a human, fall from great heights, and even pick up pre-war vehicles and toss them aside as though they were made of paper.

His voice may carry a bit of a pride there. He's normally not one to boast about his abilities or exploits (that is, unless he's being mocked about it - again, Jack Cayman comes to mind) but his tech? Well, that's a different story. ]

[Despite his inclination for the arts, Pegasus was a secret admirer of the finer points of technology. While he didn't care for some of the advancements and could at times be considered a bit vintage, that was just his way of misleading others into thinking he held no skill in them whatsoever.

His hacking of the secret Kaiba interface computer should have been indication enough, as well as his partnership with Kaiba Corporations when he could have just as easily gone to someone else. Hence, why Pegasus thought the mechanics behind Leo's capabilities were unusually intriguing.]

You are a marvel of life and science paired beautifully together, I do commend you sir. Now this may pose an odd question but can you handle delicate things? Is it fine-tuned with the finesse of a human grasp enough to hold, oh, say something glass without breaking it?

[Because if he couldn't control his brute strength then it may as well have been crude.]

You said--Rhh... [Ivan turns his face away from Pegasus', saying nothing more as he breathed along his neck and thumbed his nipples. It was at that moment, when he squirmed uncomfortably at the touch, that Ivan came to a conclusion.

He turns his face again, making sure to meet Pegasus' eyes as he glowers at him.]

You know if you wanted my body you could have just asked. Or are you too good for asking?

[Piko looks a bit relieved when Leo crouches down to his height; finally, he can stop craning his neck!]

Piko Utatane! [He politely bows his head in a typical Japanese fashion before straightening up.] It's nice to meet you Mister Leo. I'll be sure to tell you anything important I find out! But, uh...how will I know where to find you?

[Well, maybe he didn't exactly initiate it this time, but he certainly wasn't trying to get out of it either.]

Heh... [The man smirks a bit, even as pinches the bridge of his nose; closing his eyes to get the room to stop spinning.] If it didn't happen so much, I wouldn't be visiting such seedy bars in the first place. [Miguel got the fight he was looking for. It just hadn't been as satisfying as he had hoped.]

[Cracking open one eye at the offer, Miguel peers over at the other man.] ...Yeah? [Why's he so willing to help? Eh, whatever; the Spaniard isn't even in the mood to get suspicious right now. And yes, he could use a place to crash. -Especially since he's unfamiliar with this area.]

[...And, uh... about that-]

[Miguel pushes himself off of the wall; swaying as he peers around as if only just now realizing that he has never seen this building before.] ...'The hell am I again?

[ Leo gives the other man an incredulous look. After what he's shown him, he's going to question how much control he has over his limbs? What the hell kind of sense does that make? ]

I wouldn't say odd. [ ... Just redundant. ] But yeah, I can. It's not something I have to actively think about to prevent, either.

[ But the man will just have to take his word for it unless he manages to pull a glass out of thin air or improvise. ]

[Normally he wouldn't have but he had to be sure for a very specific reason. There is in fact a method to Pegasus' madness, Leo just had yet to realize it. His gaze is sharp and calculating. Oh there was a purpose indeed in all that he did or said.]

That's what I thought. Forgive me I had to be sure.

[He tilted his head and smirked slightly at the reaction.]

I just wanted to know if I could interest you in a drink.

['Feh. Miguel has been called many things throughout his life. As a boy, he would most often hear "the black sheep". Eventually he was known as a stubborn jackass, a dirty dog, a lone wolf, a raging bull... hell. He's beginning to wonder just which animal suits him best. Despite whatever the answer may be, one thing remains clear; if Miguel is anything to anyone, right now... it's a wild beast of a man.]

[So be it. Let them have their labels, then.]

[Miguel barely manages to dodge Vulpes' incoming fist- and to be honest, the success of the veer was mostly due to luck. When your vision blurs and distorts your view, it can be a bit difficult guessing just which fist you're supposed to dodge.]

Ha-! [But after the successful side-step, the burly man strikes back; aiming a powerful- albeit entirely unbalanced- blow to Vulpes' own face.]

[Er. One of Vulpes' faces anyway.]

[Yuj's eyes widen with and expression that depicts his surprise but he doesn't say what he's really thinking. Wow, this guy's a behemoth.]

S-sorry. I just thought...um...never mind.

[He retreats into his shell just a bit and goes about his business.]

[Now would be clearly be the most opportune time for Ivan to waltz back into the room, wearing silky button-up pajamas!

He places his Major's uniform on top of the dresser, giving the two men and their awkward atmosphere an amused look.]

So~ Who wants to sleep next to me?

[Vulpes may be named after an animal and wear one on his head, but he is very proud of his particular level of culture as compared to the Dissolute; those outside the control of Caesar's Legion. Beasts of men need to be tamed, and failing that, exterminated.]

[He gives a grunt of annoyance when his punch misses. Pulling back quickly, he doesn't even have to try and dodge Miguel's next hit- his fist simply zooms by the side of his head. In response, he levels the profligate a look of pure disgust. In fact, he's so disgusted that he lowers his fists and steps back. Such a fight is below him... it's actually an embarrassment to waste his time having a fistfight with a drunkard.]

This is pathetic. Come back when you can see straight.

[Nah, Behemoth's are big and yellow and far scarier. Still, he rolls his eyes at Yuj. He's normally a little less of an ass, but he hasn't been getting much sleep lately and its really wearing on him.]

Whatever, doll-face.

[Roy's eyes find Ivan when he comes back into the room, not too tired to notice those silky pajamas.

He raises a hand, tired face becoming a bit on the smug side.]

Not it!

D-doll? Hey!

[Okay, that takes him by surprise and seeing Ivan in silk, well, he has to look toward his "host". Then he looks to Roy that chimed in with a "not it", which leaves Yuj the only one left.]

I guess that leaves me?

[Too? The only other person here who is from the same place that Vulpes knows of is Boone. So... had the sniper gotten to this kid first? He's claiming he doesn't know of Caesar's Legion, but that initial fearful look along with the question lends to the idea that he has.]

Hm. I suppose the profligate soldier has been smearing the Legion's name.

[No surprise there. It's only regrettable that he got to the other inhabitant of their world first.]

I understand the need to be wary of strangers, but don't worry... I won't harm you.

[Ivan shoots Roy a deathly glare before turning his attention to Yuj with a pleasant smile.]
