[Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, you will hear the loud screeching of a microphone through the speakers before it dies down. Not long after, a familiar husky voice blares through said speakers.

Although her tone is somewhat pleasant, she manages to keep her authoritative tone as well.]

Good afternoon. [There's a brief pause.] You've all been quite busy, haven't you? It's, hm...interesting to watch, to say the least. But do keep the property damage to a minimum, will you? It's awfully rude to smash people's property on arrival, don't you think?

[Despite that warning, she manages a soft (if a bit ominous) chuckle.]

That being said, I hope you're all well rested. A good rest means a good grade, after all~.

[There's another burst of feedback before the announcement comes to an end.]

[Without a place to run, Yuj is trapped and with his crotch being grabbed so quickly, he's up on his toes with a squeak. His hands try to grab at something on the wall, but he can't get a grip on anything.]

I-is that how you say...hello?

[Instantly, he's stunned but his face is now three shades of red showing brightly on his cheeks. He can't help but notice the blatant confidence of Ivan.]

[Ivan can't help but feel this is all too good to be true. Is he dreaming? If anybody tries to pinch him he'll punch them into next week!]

Yes... [He says with a small grin before blatantly looking downwards toward his groping hand. A moment later he forcefully yanks his hand backwards while still holding on to Yuj and then promptly lets go as he takes a few quick steps back.]

[There is a sharp pain coming from his groin and instantly, Yuj collapses down onto his knees in pain. His hands hold the now strained and sensitive area of his crotch. The leather he wore only made it worse.]

Uhn...

[He groans, his voice cracks, which already sounds rough to begin with from living in a harsh environment, he can't bring himself to stand up just yet.]

Ahhh....

[Ivan looks down at his hand as Yuj sits on the floor in pain. Well, that was certainly a good way to start his day.]

Well, what are you doing down there? Get up!

[He rolls a bit on the floor and tries to stand up. His knees feel a bit wobbly from the pain, but he does eventually stand with a groan that sounds pretty gravely.]

S-sorry.

[He's still doubled over and uses the wall as support. Oh, the pain tears through him like hot pokers.]

I-I didn't mean to...that's some custom.

Get used to it. [He chuckles and begins to pace around in front of Yuj.]

I take it you're new here?

[He takes in some deep breathes as he watches Ivan pace in front of him. His gold eyes are a bit bloodshot from holding back the tears that threatened to come but didn't quite form. His voice is mixed with his heavy breathing.]

Y-yes.

[Ivan hums thoughtfully. It would probably be good to make alliances, wouldn't it? Supplies where still a bit of an issue, and worst of all life was rather boring here without the Colonel to pamper him or his men to beat-up. Ivan could use something to make life a little more interesting.

The idea of having a few beautiful men waiting on his every whim flashes before his eyes. He is instantly drunk with ambition.]

Well, I'll let you know rooms are limited. You'll probably have to stay with somebody.

[He should really catch the best fish while they're still in the sea.]

[Yuj tries to straighten up, but man that still hurt. He'll probably be limping for a few steps. He's been hit on his tackle before while surfing, and always he's told to walk it off. It still doesn't get any easier.]

I-I don't have a room. I've been staying on the couch.

[Which is something that he got used to while staying at NORA house. He's thin enough to sleep anywhere, really. The rifle rests on the small of his back by a magnetic clip, he often forgets it's there.]

[Ivan smirks, eying Yuj again. He does note the rifle, and wonders how good the boy is with it. He could definitely be useful.]

Lucky you, I have a spare bed.

Oh good.

[He breathes gain, his composure is returning slowly, but that reminder of Ivan's instant but painful greeting does make him think that people from Earth are very strange.]

The couch isn't all that comfortable and after a while, it kinda hurts the back. That, and it gets a little cold sometimes.

[Ivan starts walking and gestures for Yuj to follow.]

Well, it's settled then~ And as long as you don't wake me up at night with any snoring, or bother me when I'm busy, we'll be fine.

[He does so without question, because yeah, that was pretty painful and he doesn't want to make this guy mad.]

Uh, sorry for asking this, but don't you want to know my name first?

[He gives a little huff, and pout.]

And I don't snore.

Huh? Oh, yeah, I guess. [Ivan's not even pretending to care with how offhandedly he says that.]

More importantly, I'm Major Ivan Raikov. And I'm glad to hear you don't snore, because the only remedies I know for that are quite painful!

[Yuj folds his arms at first in a huff but then stops himself from saying what is on his mind. Not yet, anyway. He hears the rank and freezes, his arms drop to his sides and gulps.]

I'm Yuj. No last name, no rank, just Yuj.

[And suddenly he's feeling very outclassed because he's not in familiar territory let along a familiar planet.]

So, I guess that makes you really important.

[Ivan catches a glimpse of that huff, and it just makes him feel so damn good. Not to mention it made Yuj look very, very cute.]

Just Yuj. Got it.

[He chuckles and starts to walk again.]

Very important, yes. I'm second rank only to the Colonel.

[He stops and blinks for a moment.]

That's pretty high up there.

[But he notices that Ivan is still walking so he jogs to catch up, but still keeping one step behind him.]

Uh, so why the sudden interest in me? I'm not anyone special.

[Ivan debates stringing a few lies together to tell Yuj, but in the end he decides to tell the truth.

Well, a small fraction of the truth.]

Well, you're beautiful, for one... [The way Ivan says it, it's filled with admiration. He really means it.]

[Yuj stands still and blinks, stunned by the admission and the way he says it only makes him blush.]

Really? Wow, thanks!

[Energized he partly skips now with his hands behind his back, completely forgetting what's been done to him previously.]

Uh, what's the other?

[Because his back is to Yuj, the blue-haired man actually misses out a look of genuine surprise that crosses his features.

He's far from used to having his flirtatious advances well received, let alone so with such genuine appreciation.

It actually draws a small smile out of him, which he makes sure to cover with his hand. He decides he had better insult Yuj to make up for that.]

The second? I want to do something with that atrocious hair of yours.

[Ah yes, now he's feeling more like Ivan Raikov.]

[His eyes grow wide in shock while a soft gasp escapes him. It's enough to make his heart sink and his face heat up from embarrassment. He lifts the ends of the fringes that frame his face, and then tries to cover it with his hands.]

Oh man, is it really that bad?

It's horrible. [Ivan says gravely, which is quite dissonant to his next cheerful sentence.] But don't worry, I'll fix it riiight up~

[Yuj hides his face in shame. He almost wants to cry right then and there. All this time, no one said anything and he's taking Ivan's words to heart and it hurts.]

I-I guess.

[Ivan can't help but not that Yuj sounds heartbroken. Which is great, because he should.]

You'll like it, I promise~ I cut my own hair, you know.

[Yuj can't help but feel heartbroken. He's beginning to wonder if his natural blue is a bad thing now. He can't help the mutation. His gold eyes are surrounded by red, he looks up and tears are streaking his cheeks.]

If...it means that I look like everyone else, maybe it's not so bad.
