[Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, you will hear the loud screeching of a microphone through the speakers before it dies down. Not long after, a familiar husky voice blares through said speakers.

Although her tone is somewhat pleasant, she manages to keep her authoritative tone as well.]

Good afternoon. [There's a brief pause.] You've all been quite busy, haven't you? It's, hm...interesting to watch, to say the least. But do keep the property damage to a minimum, will you? It's awfully rude to smash people's property on arrival, don't you think?

[Despite that warning, she manages a soft (if a bit ominous) chuckle.]

That being said, I hope you're all well rested. A good rest means a good grade, after all~.

[There's another burst of feedback before the announcement comes to an end.]

Boohoo--how does it go? "Cry me a lake"? [Ivan rolls his eyes, not getting to his own feet just yet because he simply can't. He was about to leave it at that, too, but Pegasus just kept pushing the subject.]

Haha, that's rich! I'm the one seeking a cheap thrill? Meanwhile, you're the one who tied me up and started putting your hands all over me! [Ivan laughs again as Pegasus heads for the door.]

You were the one who whimpered and begged like the pathetic little boy you are.~ I'm afraid you managed to attract my attention only because you needed to be punished for your actions.

[He chuckled, but shrugged up his shoulders.]

Make no mistake, I wouldn't have wasted my time if I knew you were going to react so childishly afterwards. If you'd have kept your tongue in check I'd have perhaps reconsidered.

I know your weaknesses now, Major. You won't cross me again or else next time I will not be so lenient.

[And he turned only to let a sharp, painful shock trill through the other's body for good measure, on the way out.]

[That shuts Ivan up pretty quickly, leaving him with little more to do than frown.]

Reconsidered--reconsidered what? And there's a difference between a weakness and a fet--

[When that shock suddenly rips through him, Ivan lets out a sharp cry as he collapses back onto his side, writhing.]

T-that was...u-unnecessary! [He doesn't even sound mad, just sore.]
