Please don't bite the newbie!
Just a little to the left and open! [Sibyll announces triumphantly, standing up and pushing the door open to what should have been an unexplored ruin. Except it's not. Clearly confused, she takes a few steps into the bizarrely green courtyard. Pulling out a handgun, she looks around, clearly bewildered. Behind her, the door creaks shut and vanishes into the wall.]
Wait, no! [A little panicked, she presses her hand up against where the door used to be, tapping it lightly in an attempt to hear a hollow 'thump' that may indicate a hidden door. Not that there's any to be found.]
...Well, damn.

[Rising to his feet, he winces slightly, but seems otherwise fine.]
The school seems to be arranged around the courtyard in the middle, so the classrooms are different depending on what area of the school you go to. Most of the places in this part can't really be accessed for some reason. So to get to the classrooms, you'd need to walk around to either side of the school.

[She walks next to Ryou, looking around at the abandoned halls.]

Once you get past the flood of locked doors, though, depending on which way you go you'll run into either the sports area, or the classrooms.

[She stops by one of the locked rooms and pulls out a bobby pin out of her hair. Once she straightens it out, she retrieves a small screwdriver and begins to try and pick the lock.]

[Ryou just stares at her, aghast. That's something he's never considered. He really hopes it doesn't end badly for her.
Alas, the door remains stubbornly locked. Clearly it must be higher than her current lockpick skill.]
Do you have... cause to do that often?
(>:| You should have tagged "Lockpicking", Sibyll)
[She's distracted with the door, so that came out more frankly then she would have been around Ryou. But several broken bobby pins later and the door isn't open. Sibyll glowers at it.]
So much for that. Sorry, where were we?
(Too many good skills, not enough tags.)
[Ryou stares blankly off into space for a moment before he speaks.]
So you apparently 'might make a decent tomb thief with some practice'. Take that as you will... haha.
Uhm. Which way did you want to go? Towards the sports section, or the general classrooms?
(I know, right! ;A; )
[She looks at him curiously, an eyebrow raised. She wasn't going to be seeing more of his alternate personality now, was she? She rather hopes not. Perhaps if she changes the subject.]
Let's explore the regular classrooms. I think those could be more helpful to me.
[She pauses again to fiddle with her PipBoy. Maybe she can get it to map this place.]

[He points in the right direction after a moment's though.]
Most of the rooms are pretty obvious when you see them. Which I guess is why they don't have proper signs.

Finally, after inspecting all the open rooms, she slams the door to the creepy auditorium shut with an annoyed sigh.]
What was that you said about dormitories?

They're more like small apartments, since they have kitchens. There's some on either side of the building, in the far corners. They're not separated by who can use them, so it's pretty much up to which side you prefer. The view's not too bad from them, though. All you have to do to find them is just to walk either way from the entrance and you'll come right to one set.
