[For those actually loitering inside the building today, you may end up seeing a small little boy with weirdly spiked hair wandering around, most likely having passed you by. Perhaps he asked one of the less helpful people around for directions to some city or outside, and just gotten turned around.

As it is, he's been in and out of rooms and hallways at least three times now. It's only once he's -- somehow -- on the roof again that he finally surrenders to the prospect that he's lost, sighing and flopping his back against one of the AC units.

His hands reach down to fiddle with the large, golden object around his neck, looking up to the sky.]

Jounouchi-kun... Honda-kun... Anzu... where are you?

His hand flashes out, catching the blade by the sharp edge before it can hit him. For a moment there's silence. He simply stares.

Then, suddenly, he bursts into peals of deranged laughter.]

Is that so? Gyahahahahaha! Interesting! You're even more interesting than I thought!

[Oh, he likes this. He really does. All sense of fear is suddenly gone, finished by a rush of adrenaline that leaves him wide-eyed and focused.]

Fine, then! Those terms are more than acceptable.

Good. Since you caught the knife... why don't you go first?

Hoh? Fine by me.

[He places the first stone down.]

[adarkjudge]

[He places a stone down himself.]

Remember, Bakura~. This is a Shadow Game.

[And with a noise that sounds like an amused "hmhm~", he leans back in his chair.]

You don't need to remind me, Pharaoh! I'm well aware of how Shadow Games work!

[He half-throws down his next stone, glowering at him.]

Do you, I wonder? Do you really?

[And there's that little chuckle again, as he calmly places his next stone, flashing that slasher smile to him.]

[He growls low in the back of his throat, forcing himself to look away from Yugi to decide on his next move. Losing his temper so early won't help him. He knows that. And this is dangerous. So very dangerous.]

Hoh? That sounds almost threatening. What are you planning, Pharaoh?

[adarkjudge]

I already told you, there's no Pharaoh here, unless you happen to be one.

[He just sounds amused, though. His eyes are gleaming somewhat, just watching Bakura with a bored air.]

All I plan is my next few moves, Bakura-kun. What about you? What Penalty Game is in your head to inflict on me?

[fluffydeathdealer]

[He bites back another growl, ignoring the last question. As if he'd tell him. Bakura's punishment games were fairly unique, after all. Yugi's soul would make a nice addition to his collection. Placing his next stone, he paused to shoot Yugi a glare, his eyes colder than ice.]

If you're going to call me 'Bakura' or 'Bakura-kun', I might as well address you as I see you, wouldn't you say?

Hmhmhm... well, then, what should I call you, spirit?

[Dark's eyes scan the board, then he places another stone lightly.]

[Right. Names. That is a problem, isn't it? He doesn't know his name. Silently, he places another stone down, before speaking.]

Then unless you choose one for yourself, all I have to call you is by the name of the one you inhabit, don't I?

[Click, click, click go the stones on the board as they're played.]

[He glowers more, feeling a little ignored.]

Don't count it as a victory. There's many more pieces to go!

[He leans back again, still smiling.]

...hoh? [He looks surprised.] Now this is really interesting.

What reason you had doesn't matter. You've tread a place you didn't belong, on one who did nothing to you.

[His smile doesn't even flicker, and he simply places another stone.]
