Do you want to die? If someone finds you while I'm out looking for fruit, you'll have worse problems than having to eat meat.
But Bakura... [Malik sounds a bit like he might be ill.] My stomach...
O-oy! Hold on a little longer, okay? I'll see if I can find something close by. I'll stay within earshot, so if someone approaches, scream.

Why couldn't they just have celebrated their victory instead of getting into this foolish debate? ... But if he truly unnerved her, then perhaps she was unable to enjoy it. That was the opposite reaction of what he had wanted from her. He really just wanted her to see him telling the men who tortured her that he wasn't going to stand for it and that there would be hell to pay if they touched ANYTHING of theirs. She should have felt protected.]

[It's the truth, really. Rosenkreuz may have been manipulative and a liar at times, but in this situation, she felt that she could trust him, however foolish it might be.]

Did you hear him earlier? He said going back to the way things were before would be "breaking order." Funny, that. I haven't felt orderly at all.

[Then again, Rosenkreuz and Eleanor had a thing going on where she was helping him learn. And he's also the only one who came out on top of the mess with Malik and Bakura. She supposes his point of view must be quite different... Harriet helped Henry all of once, to cheer him up that first day, but after that she's been acting independently. Even after being mind controlled, she's been doing her best to suffer through it alone. She really has no anchor to make her feel like there's an order to things.

... Um. [She turns to him for a moment] So I was thinking about what you said, earlier.

[They said the most during their duel and the immediate aftermath, so she doesn't think she needs to clarify.]

And what I said too. I don't think it's too late to get to know each other. I hope we can, actually. If you like...

[She looks down shyly for a moment. Ah. She's not even sure what she's saying, or if she should be saying it at all. But she smiles, settling on something.]

I think I'd like it very much, if we could be friends.

[Henry blinks a little, chuckling and giving her the most calming smile he can manage. He can guess this probably isn't the easiest thing for her to say for various reasons, so he simply nods gently.]

I would like that very much as well, Harriet. I can't see why we couldn't be friends.
