+1 elder god in human avatar form
[Those outside in the courtyard are seeing an interesting sight today. A man in strange purple robes is sitting on the fountain, silent.
No, not on the rim. He's literally sitting on top of the cherub decoration on top of the fountain, apparently indifferent to the very distinct discomfort it has or the fact that his legs are getting utterly soaked from it.
Mantorok is... thinking. This was new. Strange. Being transported randomly was not, in fact, something that he tended to experience, even in his "avatar" form, as it were. That he could still feel his real body, however distant it was, is reassuring, and his magic hasn't seemed to suffer even slightly for it, which is equally comforting.
Or at least as comforting as an elder god would need.
He was a bit... curious about those who ran around in this world. Were the people around here similarly teleported by some force? It certainly wasn't Trappers, and it wasn't as if different worlds was a strange concept.
But he's not about to go around asking people, no. Instead, he simply sits, and he waits, an aura thick with dangerous magic around him. Those who were even slightly curious about magic or the occult would find themselves drawn to him... while for those who had magic talent at all, it would be like a gigantic beacon, he's sure.
Waiting, always waiting for what it is that he wants... and this world would be no different. At least for right now.]

[He tilts his head a little, the long strands of his hair brushing across Bakura's skin. There's an almost chilling feeling from it, a charged, magical-tingle wherever it brushes along.
Manny raises his eyebrow a little, but doesn't really move.]
By all means, hold on as long as you need. I don't intend to move from here for quite some time yet.
no subject
[Only Bakura would discover a man was a God, look into the abyss of madness, and then snap an insult.
That feeling... it's chilling and despite that, he lifts a hand to catch one of the strands. This feeling of magic... this energy. No matter what he thought before, he's sure now that this guy isn't lying. He's far from human.]
Good to know.
no subject
[The tingling only increases as he touches it willingly and a bit more tightly than the light brushes. It's as if his very essence hums with this clearly dark magic... but the darkness is different even from his, deeper somehow.
Manny's eyes are closed again and he seems to be perfectly content where he is, not even breathing.]
no subject
You're a fertility god... that doesn't get laid.
[Pfft...]
HAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!
no subject
[He grins in a very twisted, terrifying way, bearing teeth tha... holy fuck, his entire mouth is filled with razor-sharp canines.]
Unless, of course, you're offering...
no subject
[Well shit. Not laughing any more. Remind him never to let this guy's mouth near his dick. Or anywhere else, for that matter.]
Sorry, I'm taken, but flattered.
no subject
[For most people, it would feel like a backstep after being rejected, but for Manny... it rings fairly true. He really doesn't, one way or the other, and his lips slip back down to hide those daggers as his eyes close again.]
Though most humans seem to show affection via clinging like this.
no subject
[It isn't just because of the words that he straightens up, balanced carefully on the edge of the cherub's base. He feels calmer now, despite the shock of those teeth, and he carefully avoids Manny's eyes this time.
...though his hand's still holding onto that strand of hair.]
Besides, if that's what your eyes do, I'd probably go insane if I had to put up with your dick.
no subject
I couldn't give you an example, either. I've never laid with a human like that. Hadn't felt the need.
[He tilts his head a little, "looking" at Bakura with a curious expression.]
Do you find something fascinating about my hair, hm?
no subject
[He runs the hair through his fingers, curiously.]
This power... I can feel it. It's fascinating... Even the world of darkness never held anything like this, I'm sure. The feel of it's unlike anything else.
no subject
[Not that he'll admit that Bakura's only feeling a fraction of it right now. Damn you, Pious, and your seals! It's taking forever for his energy to slowly sap back.
The actual texture of the hair is... strange. Not coarse, not soft, not silky. Just... not unpleasant and definitely registering as a feel.]
Heheheh... I could show you how to call on it, if I wanted to.
no subject
[He noticed that 'if', you jerk.
Still, he lets the man's - god's? - hair go. No sense in weirding him out and making him fulfil his threat of throwing him across the courtyard.]
'Elder god'... I don't really know the term.
no subject
[The question is ignored for the moment as he muses quietly.]
Just think of me as a dark being who's existed before even the first breaths of your world were put into place.
no subject
Heh, I thought 3,000 years got boring, but you've got me beaten.
no subject
Then 3,000.
[He's still staying as still as a statue, despite his earlier threat. Seems he's not inclined to boot you just yet, Bakura.]
As for my power... I only lend that to people who can offer me something. Heh heh... what can you offer?
no subject
Heheh... I don't have anything to offer to a God. Even for power like that, I suspect the price would be a little too high for my liking... especially since it'd be mostly useless here.
Unless you can break the barriers of this place, it's probably not worth it.
no subject
And you'd be surprised what I can be swayed with. I am an Ancient God... even what seems simple to you could be entertaining to me. And my usual price... Heh! No need to worry about it here.
no subject
[He's just going to think on this for a moment. ...his legs feel weird standing on this.]
Oy. You should relocate to the ground, kami-sama.
no subject
[His voice almost sounds threatening, but in a weird sort of indirect way.]
You're welcome to drop down yourself. I hardly think I need to yell for you to hear me down there.
[He half-opens an eye, giving Bakura an amused look.]
no subject
[Actually, especially by gods.]
no subject
Very well. I'll humor you for now. But you still might want to get down first. I don't make a habit of carrying anything unless I want to.
no subject
[Dropping down, he lands carefully, managing to avoid causing more damage to his leg by taking the weight on the other one.]
I don't care for things that just sit and watch and yet expect to be worshipped.
no subject
[Manny pushes himself right off in a hop, landing easily.]
Humans are the ones who come to me for power, protection, and whatever else they think they can ask of me... Heh.
