[The buzzing of an intercom coming to life that you've all undoubtedly have come to know and love can be heard throughout the entire campus again.]

For the record, 'property damage' includes smashing the intercoms I've so graciously provided you all with as a means to communicate with me. In case you hadn't realized.

[She clears her throat.]

Now then, I hope that little blackout didn't keep you all from being productive. Sharpen those minds!

[Nope. He's having a Ryou-moment here, falling on his backside and staring at Henry in total shock.]

[Which doesn't help Henry's laughter. He goes over to fetch Ryou's sword, examining it carefully and testing it himself. Such an uncomfortable feeling in his hands...]

Now now. Keep sitting like that and you'll get stiff.

Ugh... [He gets up, dusting himself off.]

Then what would you advise, Teach?

A shower, a change of bandages, and some warm tea along with a light meal. After that, just be sure to keep moving yourself every so often so that the soreness is lessened when it does come.

[fluffydeathdealer]

Heh... are you advising this to keep Ryou happy, or because you're actually concerned? But that sounds good. I can already feel the aches in my arm.

You say that as if it can't be both. Though I may not be as fond of you as I am of Ryou, that doesn't mean I can't be concerned for you, does it?

Idiot, are you telling me you're fond of me at all? But I guess I appreciate it.

[Still as teasing as ever, though Henry stretches a bit himself.]

Hm. Now I feel like tea and sweets, myself.

[fluffydeathdealer]

I'd wonder if you took a blow to the head.

[Grasping his shoulder, he moves his arm, feeling the resistance. He'll definitely need to get Malik to check and redress the burns after that. Even if Henry never hit them directly (smart man, thinking so fast on his feet...) they're still at risk. How annoying.]

Hah, you're telling me you have a sweet tooth?

I've taken a few in my time, so it's a possibility.

[Heh. Bakura actually hit with enough force to make his arm hurt slightly. Not bad at all... if he was a bit less dangerous, Henry might have wanted to push him a bit further and see what he could learn.]

That would be a nice way of putting it, if Eleanor is to be believed. The last time I tried to make tea, she said it was so sweet she nearly choked.

That's kind of terrifying... that type of tolerance for sugar.

But, you've entertained me quite a bit. If you're willing to use that 'fondness' to tolerate me a little longer and wait for me to see to these burns, I'll treat you to some of Ryou's desserts.

No poison, I promise.

Funny. Eleanor said the same thing.

[He just chuckles, not bothered by it. Henry nods a little bit, though, stretching again with a murmur.]

That depends entirely on who will be the one seeing to the burns. I'd still rather avoid Malik if possible.

It'll have to be me. Malik's out of the apartment, I think.

[The Ring glows, pointing away from the building.]

Yeah... he's nowhere near.

[What a pain...]

I'd be happy to treat them, if you have the supplies. I'm hardly a medic, but I know enough to handle tending healing wounds.

[fluffydeathdealer]

[...huh. Works for him!]

Yeah, I've got plenty. I've been stockpiling medical supplies, since all three of us are so prone to getting hurt. If you're sure, I'll take you up on that. It's irritating trying to reach these things.

I don't see why not. It isn't as if I've had no training or shy away from such things. I've had my share of terrible, scarring wounds myself, after all.

Lead the way.

[He nods, leading him in silence to the empty apartment... actually locked for once.]

Kh... I forgot, with that kid constantly dropping in, I needed to start locking the door.

[Where the hell are those keys... Got them. Opening the door, he half-expects to see the brat in the room anyway, and is relieved when he isn't greeted by a boy in red waving cheerfully.]

[He follows Bakura in, glancing around a little tensely. At least he doesn't have to worry about Malik too much...]

Picked up a friend, did you?

No, Ryou did.

Some stray from the Duel Academy. He followed Ryou home and keeps dropping in at random to eat all our food and demand duels.

[Speaking of which, he's just going to check the fridge.]

Good, looks like he didn't climb in through the window while I was out. It seems even he has limits to how much intrusion he'll offer.

Sounds more like Ryou adopted a dog than anything else.

He's something like a puppy... and the type that's even willing to act like a fangirl over me, despite his lack of liking me.

It'd be cute if it wasn't irritating. Ryou and he got the absurd idea that I'd be less grouchy if I duelled more often, so he's been springing that on me too.

Well, you could certainly use something to lift your spirits a bit more often, I'd say. It's cute that they worry over you.
