Duel 002: Peaceful Days! The Fluffiest Training Montage Commences
[It's a bit of a pain, being in a school with no teachers.
Ryou Bakura isn't the type of kid who really likes being too active; he's about on the level of most ordinary teenagers. But after being laid up for so long with the burns to his arms and leg, not only is he extremely restless, but he's sure even his metabolism won't hold up much longer, with the amount he eats. That's why, after checking to see that Henry isn't home to take him up on that training offer, he's decided to try treating this like school and taking an hour or so to do his very own gym class, all by himself. It'd be easier with teachers, but... he doesn't have a choice right now.
Most kids probably would just take the break and be lazy, but right now, Ryou's working hard. Apart from the occasional break, he can be found pretty easily in the east wing, dressed in gym clothes and doing everything from running laps on the track field to climbing ropes.
...though that last one is more like 'falling off ropes'. Stupid mats... they don't cushion that fall at all. Hopefully nobody's dumb enough to stand below him.]
Ow...
[Time for a banana and some water, he thinks.]
Ah, I'm so tired...

Ah, I'm so tired...

[Which was also weird.]

[It's taken long enough to get him comfortable with that sort of thing at all, but to have somebody else's eyes on him...]

[His mood seems less sour as he sits up.]
I found some videos, if you were interested. You can watch them on your own if it bothers you, or I can hang around for you to whine at.
no subject
Those videos are a waste of my time! The least you can do is keep me company.
[Somehow, watching them alone seemed even more embarrassing than watching them with Bakura.]
no subject
[...he doesn't bother saying how, though he is blatantly playing with his dice.]

...it's mostly to annoy Malik, but despite the height difference, it doesn't fit all that badly.]
Eh, these clothes of yours are surprisingly more comfortable than they look.

[His body may not be as toned as Malik's, but it's still nice, at least.]
no subject
no subject
Tch. Up to the point where it becomes more troublesome for me.

Malik takes a seat on the couch in his usual spot, crossing his legs flippantly.]
no subject
[After putting one of the movies in, he casually sits on top of Malik's lap and lies back, letting his legs dangle over the arm of the couch.]
no subject
What kind did you put in...?
no subject
[Damn, that was comfortable.]
Hey. Let me get comfortable if you're going to make me waste my time keeping you company.
no subject
You're the one wasting my time! What is this...?
no subject
Just wait! Or fast forward, if you can. I don't care enough to bother. This shit's how most of these videos start.
no subject
[He's never done more with the television than turn it on, let alone use a VHS player.]

[He picks up the TV remote, looking at it.
"Forward arrow"...
Malik turns the volume up.]
no subject
[He's been out of that cave for weeks at least, and he still can't work a VCR? How annoying.]
...that's an "upwards arrow". You want the one pointing to the right.
no subject
There isn't one.
no subject
[Hold on a minute.]
Idiot! That's the wrong remote!
no subject
[This doesn't make any sense! Malik tosses this remote aside and grabs the other one, looking for the "arrow pointing right".
He jams his finger down on it, and the video starts to split and jitter awkwardly as it moves ahead.]
There...
[He was past the intro now, and despite letting go of the button, it's still moving.] Eh...?
