CAMPUS WIDE EVENT: EVERYTHING AND THE KITCHEN SINK

[Hopefully everybody likes waking up outside.

Because as it were, in the middle of the night when everybody had been asleep or lulled into a sudden one by the sheer weight of the air around them...the Campus disappeared in its entirety. Left behind was only the cool surface of the concrete foundation.

For now it seems the residents were left to fend for themselves in the wilderness of the island. Not even the voice from over the intercom would comfort them.]

((ooc: the school has disappeared, along with all the NPCs and everything that was inside! no opt-out areas this time around. The temperature is cool during the day, and colder at night.

The event will last until October 20th, and I'll post a closer to signify it. Everything will be returned to its rightful place then.))

[Unfortunately, that's not helping the swelling of the shadows. Judai gets back up as they stick to him even more stubbornly this time, almost as if they're starting to make something.]

Thrown off where?! If it was just thrown off, he'd have come back! His card disappeared with this damn building...

[He's on his feet in an instant, backing the fuck up right now.]

You're the one he follows around, you should be able to find him!

[The shadows swarm over Judai, and before Bakura's eyes, there's a disturbing change coming over him. Long yellow claws, marks under his eyes, those eyes glowing bright enough to be their own light sources...

And wings. Very large wings.]

And if you don't know... then you're useless!

[A heavy flap puts the fire right out, scattering the embers and wood around like Judai kicked it himself. With that flap comes the shadows themselves, manifested up into some sort of weird-looking beast that takes a swipe at him.

Judai, himself, is barely paying attention, in the air and dashing off.]

[Bakura jumps back from the fire, landing in a crouch and staring off into the sky as Judai is gone.

...good riddance, his mind stubbornly thinks, his pride riled up by the insult. He could have used the Ring to find the thing, but hell if he was even going to try with the guy acting so crazy. Best to get the hell away and hope he didn't come find him later.

And hope Ryou didn't accidentally piss the guy off.]
