CAMPUS WIDE EVENT: EVERYTHING AND THE KITCHEN SINK

[Hopefully everybody likes waking up outside.

Because as it were, in the middle of the night when everybody had been asleep or lulled into a sudden one by the sheer weight of the air around them...the Campus disappeared in its entirety. Left behind was only the cool surface of the concrete foundation.

For now it seems the residents were left to fend for themselves in the wilderness of the island. Not even the voice from over the intercom would comfort them.]

((ooc: the school has disappeared, along with all the NPCs and everything that was inside! no opt-out areas this time around. The temperature is cool during the day, and colder at night.

The event will last until October 20th, and I'll post a closer to signify it. Everything will be returned to its rightful place then.))

[Judai snags his jacket, pulling it back on as Winged Kuriboh moves to settle into his hair.]

[Man, Judai hasn't even noticed the Kuriboh is solid. He's so silly... Ryou smiles a little, leading the way reluctantly away from the fire. He's shivering more by the time he reaches there, but points at the damage.]

Yeah. It was kind of terrifying, actually. [Oops, that might have been too blunt.]

Ehe... well, you seemed to be really, really restless and you were angry about Winged Kuriboh being missing, so you were taking it out on everything. But you stopped before it got too bad, so that's something.

You were flying, too! You had wings. It was pretty cool, once it stopped being scary.

Wonder why Winged Kuriboh disappeared, though. Were you just scared of me, partner?

[There's a confirming chime, even as the little fuzzball cuddles up on Judai's shoulder.]

Ehe... I thought so, but I wasn't sure.

[He reaches out to pat the fluffy creature gently.]

Ne, Winged Kuriboh-san, if something happens again, please come let me know, okay? That way I can let him know that you're alright, or come help if he needs it.

[Oh, that's right... that last part.]

I'm fine. It was just a little scary, but you didn't really hurt me at all.

[Just bruised his arms a little, that's all.]

[The duel spirit coos happily, leaning into the petting some as Judai looks over at Ryou. It makes a content, confirming little chime, waving its paw up to show it will.]

Phew. I'm glad! At least that means my friends don't have to worry.

[Though he wouldn't put it past Judai to hurt someone in that state, he didn't, and that's all that matters.]

Do you think this stuff will do? At the least we might be able to make a shelter from the wind for you two.

Maybe. I've never actually tried to build anything like this before! I guess if we find enough trees close together it should be fine.
