[EFFECT ROOM] Dresses for the Dressing Room!
[Welcome to Lapin Angelique! Everyone who enters this room will suddenly find themselves wearing a Gothic Lolita Dress. They may also have other gothic accessories such as tiny little hats, frilly parasols, vampire capes, or spooky plushies.
Bizarre things will happen if you try to take off the clothes. Maybe it will just be downright impossible, they're stuck to your body. Maybe you'll start to FEEL GOTH and the BLACKNESS OF YOUR HEART compels you to put the clothes back on. Maybe you start taking off the clothes, only to find that doing so causes you to slowly morph into a bunny until you put them back on (or until you're a bunny. But was that REALLY worth it?) It's all up to fate!
Either way, these dresses are probably staying on, at least until the effect wears off. Which could be anything from a couple hours to the rest of the day.]

He barely has a second to register the horror of it all before he's smacked in the face with a bunny and falls on his behind, his whole dress fluffing up with him.]
no subject
Is this real life.]
Dear GOD. What on earth is that?
no subject
[Sorry he's...A LITTLE...DISTRACTED AT THE MOMENT.
Malik jumps to his feet, not even caring that he'd just been smacked in the face. He grabs the hem of his dress, pulling it up in a handful as he gets a better look at it.]
Where did this come from?!
no subject
...I don't even think my porcelain dolls wore anything quite that fluffy.
no subject
[Malik was one to talk here, what with his arm and neckbands. He was more shocked than anything.
And now he's attempting to reach back and unzip it so he can take it off.]
no subject
- They can't possibly. It must be a costume! Halloween's almost here.
[although she blinks at Malik's attempt to take it off right now]
Err, are you wearing anything under that?
no subject
[Not ringing any bells there, Harriet. He's caught the zipper now, but it's not budging...]
I don't know. Maybe? I don't care, I'm taking it off!
no subject
[If he prefers to streak through the Campus, there's nothing she can do about it... she'll go back to trying to get the bunny out of her hand.]
I think they're stuck on though. Just look at this! [flailflail]
no subject
He tossed it aside.]
I think you just weren't trying hard enough, keh keh!
no subject
[flexing her hand in disbelief. With how stuck it had seemed, she's surprised that didn't feel like a bandaid coming off. Instead it was more like it was never stuck at all and he'd just grabbed it from her as normal.]
It was stuck... [she repeats again, bewildered.]
no subject
[Malik goes back to tugging at the zipper of his dress, being met with little (no) success.]
Rrgh...this, on the other hand, really is stuck!
no subject
That's too bad. I suppose you could pass for a girl for a while.
no subject
[To be fair, his voice is unmistakably masculine, but with his arms and chest completely covered, it's not as if you can see his toned physique.
He kept trying the zipper, only growing more frustrated.]
no subject
[now she's just being mean...]
no subject
[Malik hardly feels insulted, it was just his charisma at work! Now really wasn't the time though, and that irked him, but not much more.
He vaguely waved a hand.]
But "fooled" or not, I'm not going out dressed like this. Hm...
[He rifled around in the petticoat of his dress, trying to find something. He'd left his Rod on his belt, so maybe...]
no subject
I don't think you're pretty, I'm just saying ... on an objective level... that you wouldn't be an ugly girl, that's all. [huff]
What are you doing?
no subject
And I'm trying to find the Rod...I know I had it on me! [Ruffle, ruffle... Whoops, there goes a panty shot. RUFFLE RUFFLE.]
no subject
...There's a room that does that, you know. I ran into what's-his-face after it got him.
[And then panty shot. Harriet only makes a confused face at it - the costume change extended to underwear?? Then is she also-
No, she doesn't want to know.]
If it was in your clothes, I reckon it's gone with them.
no subject
It came back after the building disappeared, so... [He sucks in a breathe, just barely containing his frustration through gritted teeth.] It should come back with my original clothes, if this place has any consistency in its rules.
no subject
[Harriet's got as much reason to want hers back as Malik does- before she started messing with the bunny, she noticed she was missing her deck. Even when they keep all their valuables on their person, there's no guarantee of security. It's certainly frustrating.]
no subject
Maybe they'll be back in our rooms.
no subject
[Of course, Harriet wouldn't have to do much explaining to her roommates if she showed up in a cute dress. Malik, on the other hand...]
no subject
I'm going then. The hall's empty, so now's a good time. I don't feel like answering anybody's questions.
