intercom_voice[The sun is out, and most importantly, the denizens of the Campus can actually see it shimmering through the melting snow at their windows.
Early on in the day it's still impossible to get outside, but as it goes the snow recedes enough to force open the doors and head outside. By the end of the day not only has the power flicked back on, but most of the snow in the sunny areas of the island has melted entirely, leaving the building itself, the beaches, and most of the cliff sides free of white.
The jungle and small mountaintop will remain covered for a few days longer, but it seems the worst of the chill has left with the snow.]
