CAMPUS WIDE EVENT: SNOWED IN

[Early morning on the 15th, the building is deathly chilly as well as unusually dark. Even with the heat on people will find themselves wandering the halls and shivering, their breath fogging up in front of them. Anybody foolish enough to try and leave the building will find that the door simply won't budge due to the amount of snow piled against it, and any attempts to exit (or look) through the windows will greet them with a daunting wall of white. Even the courtyard is inaccessible, as is the door leading up to the rooftop.

Outside on the island, it seems a heavy snow storm has blanketed everything in a thick layer of white.]

((ooc: The event will last 7 days, with the first 4 being snowed-in, the 5th being a blizzard, the 6th another snow-in day, and the 7th having the snow melting. A post will be made on the 19th and 21st respectively. You can see the conditions here, and on the weekly weather sticky:

[There had always been a little something off about the man, but Sibyll had not thought too hard on it. The Campus attracted weirdness. Then his arm explodes into a mass of red, thorns and plates. Her dark eyes go wide as she leaps back, gun instant in her hands.]

He angles the shield away from the wind, ready to raise it to defend himself if she takes the shot.]

Don't. It wouldn't work, anyway, and I'm not here to hurt you.

[Come on...he just pulled out of the snow! That has to count for something, right?]

[Damn, was it cold. And, to be fair, if he had wanted to maim her horribly, he could have just done so while the Courier was trapped in the snow. Teeth chattering, she replaces her gun.]

S-s-sorry. Just not what I was expecting. I'd ask you about it, but it's really, really cold right now.
