Who knew tech gave dragons stomach problems?
[So, those in one of the halls are being treated to a sight. Karasu, in annoyance and frustration, crushed half a wall and ate an intercom.
And it's given her a stomachache. So this particular hallway is now being completely blocked by a dragon who only just barely fits, and even then very precariously, as she's already wrecked one foundation and her mere presence has dented the ceiling and other walls.
Alternatively, a bit later on, Karasu in her human form can be found in the arcade, still with somewhat of a stomachache and sitting at one of the machines in a high-legged chair shestole found somewhere.]

[Now that was interesting. Very interesting. As a duelist, he can't ignore this.]
Have you tried just putting them on the duel disk and seeing if it can figure them out?
[The Gods worked just fine without Kaiba having known their existence before...]
no subject
[...Hm.]
Do you want to try? I have one of each on me, since they were related to my deck.

[Activating the duel disk, he watches as the holographic projectors detach, the disk itself clicking into the ready position.]
Let's give it a try.

[...ug, stomach hurts too much to sit up. She just sort of fishes out her deck and holds it up to him.]
no subject
It takes a little experimenting to figure out, but eventually-]
Ah-!
[-The monster appears.]

[The prospect of DUELING is starting to overpower the pain now as she watches a bit more intently.]

This requirement... The Tuners and normal monsters. They're sacrifices, but they have to total the same level as the card you're trying to summon. Like a ritual summon, but with specific types of sacrifices required.
no subject
[That's really supposed to have more energy to it, but yeah, the whole "I ATE WIRES" thing. Still, she's smiling as brightly as she can manage.]
What about the XYZ?
no subject
[Are these even really Duel Monsters? No, they have to be. Now let's see... hm? The sacrifice requirement... it's the same as the level. Interesting. But it just says 'monster', so maybe, if he tries it out... Aha! But it takes a bit more fiddling before he can summon it.]
...It's a level-for-level sacrifice. The only things that can be sacrificed to summon it are those that are the same level. But this is odd... the cards used for the sacrifice apparently go beneath the summon instead of going to the graveyard. The graveyard won't accept them and it won't summon it without them being scanned as being in the same zone.

[Okay wow trying to sit up is bad. But she can't hide her excitement.]
That's amazing, Yugi-kun...
no subject
[He nods firmly.]
As I thought... The duel disks are programmed so they don't need updating, as long as you know what to do to activate them.
[Clever, Kaiba...]
no subject
[...Haah. For some reason, this is making her feel better. Or is that just the excitement from making the cards work?
Either way, she manages to push herself up to sitting.]
I really owe you!
no subject
[After all of the chaos of Battle City, it was a breath of fresh air to just get to mess around with cards. De-summoning them, he shuts off the duel disk and hands her cards back to her.]
no subject
...I'll take that help now, if it's still on the table.
no subject
[He offers his hand to her without hesitation.]
no subject
Thanks.

Do you need help getting back to your room or the infirmary?
no subject
...I probably should go check into the infirmary, huh? Though I don't know if Lisa can actually help with this...
But better safe than sorry.
no subject
At the least, she might have some medicine that might ease your suffering.

[Her grip on Yami tightens, then relaxes as she sighs some. He's right, of course, and for the main reason she was skittish about her other form in the first place.]
...I know it's dangerous, to do that.
[And yet she'd done it anyway.]
no subject
I wonder what her goals are. It doesn't seem like she's doing much beyond annoying people.
