CAMPUS WIDE EVENT: THE LANGUAGE BARRIER REINSTATED

[Today, something somewhere went wrong. On the evening on the 15th, any bilingual (or otherwise) knowledge granted by the Campus has simply...disappeared. At least for anybody walking by the North Wing.]

((ooc: So! For the next 5 days (the 15th~20th), your character officially only knows their native tongue. Aka, whatever language they primarily grew up with. They can no longer read, speak, or understand any other language but.

For fun you can even use Google Translate to show what your character is speaking at a glance! Don't worry, we all know it's probably gibberish :P

If you go the Google route, please be sure to put a translation at the bottom. If not, then please take care to specify what language your character is speaking in at the start of every thread.

[The sudden cop a feel has Karasu sit straight up, hands braced under her (which would be on his chest) and staring at him with an expression somewhere between shocked and confused.]

[She really should be offended, she thinks, but it's like she's already got too much emotion swirling to add onto it.]

[Well that was an abrupt end! Bakura raises his hands in an apologetic, faux as it may be, manner.]

[She does, and she gives a bit of a sigh in reply to it, shaking her head a little. She pushes off him, sitting on the floor now and running a hand through her hair.

Sheesh, Bakura...]

[As soon as she's off him, he rolls over onto his stomach and folds his arms in front of him to rest his cheek.

He just looks at her with the biggest shit-eating grin, kicking his feet behind him like some gossiping teen girl.]

[...She can't help it, but looking like that makes her giggle, a little. She flops onto her back beside him, lacing her hands behind her head to try and mimic the pose she's seen him lay in before.

... [He flicks his tongue out to lick his lips, wondering if he ought to try again. She didn't seem to take it that badly.

If anything, it'll be funny to see the look on her face when he mimics her own actions from earlier--flopping his head and shoulders into her chest. Well, more just his head, he might crush her otherwise!]

[That gets about the same reaction, along with a slight jump in surprise at the sudden weight. Her hands pull out from under her head, but just sort of hover in the air, Karasu clearly not entirely sure if she should shove him off or not.

On the one hand, he's a few breaths away of motor-boating her. On the other... she did lay like this on him.

After a few quiet moments, she seems to decide not to, and just moves to rest one beside her and the other on his back.]

[That was promising. She even put a hand on his back in some stupid, affectionate gesture. It felt nice there.

He didn't care for it at all, but if it meant he could have a little fun he'd embrace it. Bringing his arms up, he nuzzles against her chest and closes his eyes.]

H-heh hehe... [Such soft breasts, and soft skin...]

[Okay, this is just getting weirder and weirder. Even if it's not exactly the most innocent of gestures, the fact he's showing even any sort of affection or want of it is just utterly baffling.]

[And now she has even less idea about what to do here. Her face is definitely deepening a few shades, however, as she turns her head away and uses her free hand to run through her hair almost nervously.]

[He peers up at her, eyes mostly hidden behind his fringe as he tries to gauge her reaction. Yes, no...? It was hard to tell, so he'll just rest here a moment.

It was comfortable anyway, and the slight beat of her heart was...soothing somehow. If a little exciting when he thought about it. Blood and life--it was easy to extinguish! It was disgustingly fragile.]

[The fact that he hasn't been shoved off yet attests that she's at least willing to tolerate it. Even if her heart is beating faster out of embarrassment and some discomfort, considering the awkwardness and oddity of the situation.]

[Yeah, it has nothing to do with anything, especially since she can breathe fine with just his head, but she feels the need to say something.]

[He lays there for a bit longer before making his next daring move. Thieves always knew how to take risks after all, but they rarely stuck their necks out farther than they thought they could handle.

So with that personal tidbit, he dips his hand under the hem of her shirt and traces it up against the warm skin of her abdomen.]

[Annnnd that has her jerking, reaching down to grab his arm and look at him in shock.]

[Her face has actually gone a deeper color than his robes, now, and she's staring at him with wide eyes, as if she's never actually been in this position before.

...and she really hasn't.]

[Fine... If she's going to complain, then he'll explain. But since language isn't an option, and he doesn't feel like drawing right now, he'll just scoot up onto his hands and knees. Making sure to keep that same hand of his on her side and only bothering to scoot it further up towards her breast, Bakura leans over to lick her across the lips.]

[...Okay, that was definitely not what she had expected. Her brain kind of momentarily blue-screens at the lick and she just stares blankly for a moment, opening and closing her mouth as she tries to figure out what in the fuck to reply to that, shivering a little.

After a moment, she digs her nails into his arm a bit tighter, biting her lip some. She can guess at what he's going for, and she isn't entirely... eager about the idea. Or at least, not all the way.

...But... she didn't exactly want to just kick him off. She had been comfortable laying down on him, and even reversed, it hadn't been that bad. Hesitantly (and making sure to keep the grip on his arm), she leans up a little to place a light kiss on his own lips.

Just this should be fine... right?]

[He's impatient waiting for her response. Every bone in his body wants to just get on with it, but it won't be any fun if she's not going to go along with it.

Waiting for an answer, he glances down at his arm and the nails digging into it. That fucking hurts. Why are women's nails so long?! They're like claws! Actually, one second though, maybe he should grow his nails out. H-heh...

He's not even paying attention when she, however tentatively, sits up and kisses him. Bakura's not sure just how much that shy kiss allowing him, so for the time being he just presses his lips back against her, enjoying the softness of her lips.

It's been awhile... His hand trails a bit further up and shamelessly cups her breast.]

[Whoa, whoa, whoa. That's definitely surprises her, and she pushes against his arm a little.]

He removes his hand and places it back on her side. If she won't let him now, that's fine. Bakura can enjoy the kissing just fine on its own, although he will try to see if he can deepen it and part their lips.

If she doesn't allow even that... He'll try to play her dumb teevee game instead.]
