CAMPUS WIDE EVENT: THE LANGUAGE BARRIER REINSTATED
[Today, something somewhere went wrong. On the evening on the 15th, any bilingual (or otherwise) knowledge granted by the Campus has simply...disappeared. At least for anybody walking by the North Wing.]
[Translation: Well...this is going to put a damper on our studies, now isn't it?]
((ooc: So! For the next 5 days (the 15th~20th), your character officially only knows their native tongue. Aka, whatever language they primarily grew up with. They can no longer read, speak, or understand any other language but.
For fun you can even use Google Translate to show what your character is speaking at a glance! Don't worry, we all know it's probably gibberish :P
If you go the Google route, please be sure to put a translation at the bottom. If not, then please take care to specify what language your character is speaking in at the start of every thread.
If you have any questions, just head to the mod plurk or send this account a PM, but most importantly--have fun!))

[I'm new too.]
Sorry, I had to wait until I could use google translate again.
[Yugoslavia is gone, too. It's not much consolation, especially for a man that fell out of love with government in general. But Raikov still looks like a man who very much loves his state, and something loved and lost is something mourned. Or in this case, something that could be lost.]
[Sometimes --- different. Things had been different for the people from the future Mohave. Maybe they would be for him.
But the important thing is Raikov is new and that means Niko is boned on figuring out what's going on. His scruffy cheeks puff out when he exhales in frustration.] [Maybe it's for the better that one doesn't precisely translate.]
Re: 'sok. I forgot about Google translator XD
[Gone? What do you mean gone?]
[Do you know what is going on here?] [Who is the woman on the intercom?]

[It was not pretty.]

[You should have stayed with Mother Russia.]
[How did you end up being within the Campus? Because everyone wants to know how they came about being here.]

Though when he can barely communicate and he's stumbling over a barrier over two very similar languages, he probably shouldn't discuss the demise of a loyalist's nation.]
[I was at the cabaret. It's not the truth, but since cabarets are common among Russians too, he might get the humor in being stolen from Old World entertainment.]

[What do you do for a job?]
And now that I know how to use the scrollover....
Re: Ah, ok. You're using Serbian, yes? I know enough Russian to be able to type it XD
[What kind of servant were you?]
