PERMANENT EVENT: A WHOLE NEW FRONTIER
[Surely it was too early for another announcement, right...? But then there it is, that tell-tale electronic feedback screeching through the halls before a mature female voice resonates through it.]
The doors are unlocked.
[That's all she says. Those who are curious might test the front doors...and they'll find that they open not to the seemingly civilized outskirts of town as the now vanished view from the roof may have made you think, but to the horizon. Likewise that barrier and its lies blocking anybody's escape via the roof or sky has collapsed, leaving the air a tad bit...more temperamental. You see, there was weather now.
Out from the front doors of the Campus can be see an expanse of land and then the sea. Anybody who ventures out further will find that they're still trapped, only in a bigger cage. This new cage is now five miles across the diameter at its longest point. The island itself is about as varied as it comes: covered jungles, a cave system, a single stream leading up to a freshwater lake, and a lone mountain near the center. One part near the front of the school is home to a sometimes-pleasant sandy shore ripe for the hunting sea life. Everywhere else is a perilous cliff fall into the sea.
Anybody who tries to escape via the sea will find the riptide tearing them back to a cave near the shore.]

The first thing Roy did when he heard that the front doors were open was immediately rush outside. He hadn't been expecting to see sand and forest. He figured this was it -- he could find his way back. He was wrong, of course, so he only ended up wandering about the place.
He may not have found an exit, but a busty older woman is the next best thing. Of course, when he approached he still did so cautiously. You never knew who you'd run into around this place, much like the wasteland.
His brows raise every so slightly when she bends over. Roy will admire the view for a moment before actually saying something.]

Thank God- I was beginning to think that I was the only one on the island! [The woman brightens as she straightens; holing the straps of both heels between her fingers. Now standing upright, her height becomes a bit more obvious; reaching roughly 6 feet without her stiletto's on.]
It's a shame to say, but... Yes- I think I am, actually. [The 36 year old fixes Roy with a pleasant smile.] 'Think you could do me a huge favor and show me where the other competitors ran off to?

This is the part where Roy briefly considers that this is perhaps too good to be true but then completely brushes that thought off because whatever, she's hot.
Although he can't help but furrow his brows a bit at her question.]
Uh, as much as I'd love to do you a favor doll, there ain't no competitors here. [He takes a moment to think on how to word this before shrugging his shoulders.] Wherever you were off to, someone saw fit to give ya a little detour along with the rest of us.

[Suddenly, she stops; eyes focused on Roy once more.]

Naughty naughty~ [Luna chortles, then reaches out to pinch Roy's cheek.] You are so BAD!
-But you do know that there's no prize money for those who try and eliminate the competition before the matches have even begun, right? There's no point in trying to trick me, silly. ♥
Tell ya what; I'll excuse this little mistake of yours and forget it ever happened, okay? [She let's go of Roy's cheek; giving him a small wink.] It's not the first time a rookie has ever tried to pull something on a vet. But the others wont be so kind, okay? Make sure you watch yourself from now on.

[Luna raises a brow. It's true that this island does look rather different than the one where the tournament usually takes place, but the woman just naturally assumed that this was simply another part of the island that she wasn't familiar with yet.] Well if this isn't the tournament, then where am I..?

[Roy remembers being really confused when he arrived, so he tries to be patient. He shrugs at her question, still not entirely sure how to answer that one yet.]
Search me. Some crazy bitch kidnapped a bunch of us and trapped us in some pre-war campus. We were only just let outside today to see that we were on an island the whole time.
