CAMPUS WIDE EVENT: SNOWED IN

[Early morning on the 15th, the building is deathly chilly as well as unusually dark. Even with the heat on people will find themselves wandering the halls and shivering, their breath fogging up in front of them. Anybody foolish enough to try and leave the building will find that the door simply won't budge due to the amount of snow piled against it, and any attempts to exit (or look) through the windows will greet them with a daunting wall of white. Even the courtyard is inaccessible, as is the door leading up to the rooftop.

Outside on the island, it seems a heavy snow storm has blanketed everything in a thick layer of white.]

((ooc: The event will last 7 days, with the first 4 being snowed-in, the 5th being a blizzard, the 6th another snow-in day, and the 7th having the snow melting. A post will be made on the 19th and 21st respectively. You can see the conditions here, and on the weekly weather sticky:

[Harriet quirks a wry smile. It didn't take him long to grasp the potential of this game. ... Though she's 90% sure he asked that question to stroke his ego. ] And you said this was kid stuff.

Well~... [she heaves a DRAMATIC SIGH and rolls her eyes]

I suppose kissing you is marginally better than watching a Nicolas Cage film!

[What can he say? He's a fast learner.]

Only marginally better? [He grins.] Stop trying to save face!

Oh rubbish. The only thing I'm trying to save is your head from becoming too big!

[but she can't say she minds the flirty direction this is going. Harriet returns a cheeky grin back.]

All right, my turn now. Let's say I did kiss you. Would you rather a quick one right now, or a drawn out one when you least expect it?

Well...I believe in doing things right the first time. [Which is funny, because it never works out that way.]

And I don't mind waiting if means a bigger pay out. Even if I hate the unexpected...that's the more appealing of the two!

Nothing matters except the end result, isn't that right?

[she looks a bit amused.]

That's right. Why should I bother reaching for anything less than the most of what I want?

[He goes on, not letting her answer.] Your turn: would you rather kiss me now, or continue playing this stupid game?

[oh dear, she's just been cornered.]

- Oy, it's no fair if you set it up with such obvious bias. What a spoilsport!

How is that not fair? You never set any rules!

[He doesn't see how it's not fair. IT's a question, and she can damn well answer it.] Keh keh, now come on, answer it.

Fine then. [Harriet huffs, but she leans closer into him and turns up her face... and before he can kiss her, she raises a finger.]

If I'm going to give up this incredibly amusing and cool game, I'd have to get more than a kiss. What do you say to that?

[Malik grins, leaning in return until that finger pops up and nearly makes him go cross-eyed. He leans back, his lips quirking into a small frown, but her words draw them right back up into a knowing smirk.]

Keh keh... What do I say? I say that sounds just fine.

Then the choice is obvious. [finally putting her finger down, Harriet lets that hand rest on his cheek and pulls him in again.]

[It takes a moment for him to suppress his grinning so, as he's pulled in, he can press his lips to her. Already his body is feeling a little warmer, which is a nice change from the cold.]

[whiterosefoes]

[Harriet lets out a short laugh when he just stays there grinning for a second - it's kind of adorable. Shutting her eyes as he presses his lips to hers, she gives him a few playful pecks just enjoying the closeness for now.]

[Scooting his body closer, Malik lifts his hands to settle on her waist. In the bitter cold, being this close to somebody else was more comfort than pleasure.

Not that he couldn't make it both, of course. They planned to. The kiss is playful enough for awhile, but Malik is easy to excite in the moment and his hand trails upwards to press against her breast.]

[It was certainly cozy snuggling up with kisses, but the hand on her breast isn't unwelcome. ...Though actually, she can barely feel it through the heavy sweater she's wearing, and that's enough to slightly annoy her. She pulls out of the kiss for a moment to mumble in his ear..]

Hey, Malik... do it a little rougher, would you?

...Sure. [He doesn't mind rougher, and is happy to oblige by gruping and kneading at her breast with a little more force. They feel good under his hand, and he can only look forward to getting her out of that stupid sweater and touching them skin-to-skin.

Actually, he decides to go ahead and try and undress her now, not pausing the kiss until he has to pull it over her head.]

Mh-! [cold air assails her skin as it's bared, meanwhile the hot kiss warms her from inside. After the sweater's over her head and he tosses the sweater aside, a shiver shoots up her spine.]

Gah, you b-bastard! [Harriet practically launches at him, pressing close for body heat while her hands furiously pull down his jacket and then scramble for his shirt. It's clearly her revenge...though skin-to-skin contact is a strong motivator. ]

[Harriet really was nice to look at.] Keheheh...hey! [But he didn't have much time to admire, as Malik wasn't expecting such a swift retaliation.]

[He squirms a bit, trying to brush her off and laughing in the process.] It's cold, stop!

[whiterosefoes]

[Harriet refuses to be brushed off, making a stubborn face and following him even as he squirms... She'll get this shirt off even if she has to climb all over him in the process!]

I-If I have to be topless, so do you!

Why's that?! Kaha--stop it, your hands are colder!

[Speaking of being climbed all over, he ends up backing himself against the opposite arm rest as he fights to keep his clothes on. It's getting harder too with how his jacket's been pulled halfway down, locking his arms up in the process.]

Cause this is for justice! You made me cold first and now I want revenge!

[Harriet looks down at him as they fight and she climbs on him, but noticing his arms sorta-tied and him stretched out over the chair's arm, she suddenly thinks of another use for her 'cold hands.' On impulse, she begins tickling him all over, grinning mischievously as she tests his sensitivity.]

Revenge?! [That was usually his job. Still, her playfulness doesn't escape him, and Malik doesn't even mind as he's sat on. He expects another kiss as she starts to take off his shirt at last.

Instead, he lets out a sharp, laughter-tinted squeal at the start of her tickling, flailing and squirming underneath her.]

Eh--keheehahahAHAHA?! H-hey--heheheey! St--kaahah! Stop!

[whiterosefoes]

[WHOA. He's SUPER sensitive! She's met nine-year-olds that were more resistant than this. There is no way she's relenting when he's flailing like that, and her grin only spreads.]

No way! This is hilarious!

[She can't help but laugh even as she says that.]

... Well, maybe I'll stop if you take it off though?

[obeytherod]

[He's never really been tickled before, so of course he's reacting strongly to it! Malik continues to kick and squirm, twisting himself to bury his face into the cushions as he laughs hysterically.]
